Can I return my book? For Books Ordered From Entertainment.com or Entertainment's Call Center |

Entertainment will only accept book returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of promotions that specifically state "no refunds or returns." |

To ensure that Entertainment receives and issues the proper credit for the returned books, please use the return address label provided in the shipping package that arrived with the book. If you did not receive a return label call our customer service team at 1-888-231-SAVE and a new return label will be sent to you. |

If your return is received by Entertainment after 30 days or without the return label, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or resend the book back to you. |

Book returns must be in resalable condition and will be accepted only if they are free of breakage and/or tears. (e.g., membership card and all coupons must still be intact). |

Approved returns will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) less a $7.95 restocking fee. |

All shipments will include a pre-paid return shipping label. |

All approved returns will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase and will be processed no later than 10 business days after it is received. However, it may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement. |

Requested credits/refunds due to promotional offer changes are not eligible for price adjustments. |

For all others, please return the book to the outlet from where you purchased. |
